Medications are brought along and dispensed on the spot in most cases. An itemised invoice is provided at every visit. A doctor's memo and diagnosis letter for travel insurance claims are available upon request for a small fee.

Four steps from message to bedside
A hotel or home visit is simpler than you might expect.
Step 01
WhatsApp us your location & symptoms
Send a message with your location, the patient's name, age, and a brief description of symptoms. We will confirm availability and an estimated arrival time.
Step 02
We confirm and dispatch
Our staff will confirm availability and arrange a time with you. A base deposit is collected online before the visit is confirmed. Once payment is received, Dr Dhivian heads to your accommodation — directly to your room for hotel visits.
Step 03
Full bedside consultation
A complete clinical assessment at your bedside. Medications are brought along and dispensed on the spot where possible. No pharmacy trip required.
Step 04
Receive your documentation
An itemised invoice is provided at the end of every visit. A doctor's memo and diagnosis letter for your travel insurance claim are available upon request for a small fee.

How much does a hotel or home visit cost in Singapore?
Transparent pricing — you will be told the fee before the visit is confirmed.
Weekday visit
From $300
Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Final fee depends on consultation, medications dispensed, and any procedures carried out.
Weekend & Public Holiday visit
From $400
Saturday, Sunday, and Singapore public holidays. After-hours visits subject to availability — confirm via WhatsApp.
A base deposit is collected online prior to confirmation. The remaining balance is due at the time of the visit. Cash, PayWave (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and PayNow accepted.

If you are able to travel, in-clinic GP consultations start from $50. Teleconsultation with medication delivery also available.
Travel Insurance
Full documentation at every visit
Most travel insurance policies cover hotel and home visit GP consultations. You pay at the visit and claim reimbursement from your insurer — please verify your coverage terms, as we are not liable for uncovered costs.
We provide an itemised invoice at every visit. A doctor's memo, diagnosis letter, and fitness-to-fly letter are available upon request for a small fee.

Dr Dhivian personally conducts all hotel and home visits. With an MBBS and a Master of Medicine in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore, he brings the same clinical standard to your bedside as he does in the clinic.
He sees paediatric patients including infants.
